1. You play at your own risk · เล่นด้วยความเสี่ยงของคุณเอง

Sports carry inherent risks of injury. ScalarPlay is a matching and booking platform — we do not organize, supervise, or referee your games. You are responsible for your own fitness, equipment, and conduct.

กีฬามีความเสี่ยงต่อการบาดเจ็บโดยธรรมชาติ ScalarPlay เป็นเพียงแพลตฟอร์มจับคู่และจองสนาม เราไม่ได้จัดการ ควบคุม หรือตัดสินเกมของคุณ คุณต้องรับผิดชอบต่อสภาพร่างกาย อุปกรณ์ และพฤติกรรมของตนเอง

2. Meeting other players · การพบผู้เล่นคนอื่น

Identity verification reduces — but cannot eliminate — the risks of meeting people you don't know. Use common sense, always:

• Meet and play only in public venues · พบและเล่นในสถานที่สาธารณะเท่านั้น
• Tell a friend or family member where you're going · บอกคนใกล้ชิดว่าคุณไปที่ไหน
• Prefer verified (✓) players · เลือกเล่นกับผู้เล่นที่ยืนยันตัวตนแล้ว
• Never share personal details (home address, finances) · อย่าเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนตัว
• Leave immediately if you feel unsafe, and report the user in the app · หากรู้สึกไม่ปลอดภัยให้ออกจากสถานที่ทันทีและรายงานผู้ใช้ในแอป

3. Release of liability · การสละสิทธิ์เรียกร้อง

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, you release ScalarPlay, its operators, and its staff from any claim arising out of your participation in games, your interactions or meetings with other users, injuries, or loss or damage of property. This release does not cover matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

ตามขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายไทยอนุญาต คุณตกลงสละสิทธิ์เรียกร้องต่อ ScalarPlay ผู้ดำเนินการ และพนักงาน จากข้อเรียกร้องใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากการเล่นกีฬา การพบปะผู้ใช้คนอื่น การบาดเจ็บ หรือความเสียหายต่อทรัพย์สิน การสละสิทธิ์นี้ไม่ครอบคลุมกรณีที่กฎหมายไม่อนุญาตให้ยกเว้นความรับผิด

4. Fair play · น้ำใจนักกีฬา

Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior — on court or in chat — leads to account suspension. Sportsmanship ratings exist to keep the community safe and enjoyable for everyone.
